Message to Stripe Atlas Support - 24 Hour Pets Incorporated Authorized Share Count
Hello Stripe Atlas, I have a need to increase the authorized share count of the company's Common Stock for 24 Hour Pets Incorporated . We seek to amend or state this information pursuant to our Certificate of Incorporation, Article IV. In this Article, 10 M shares of capital stock were authorized. As these are Common Stock for the company Treasury, we believe the share count should consider current population statistics in the amendment. Per Google, the population of humans on Earth is 7.888 billion people. It is unknown what the current pet populations are, as a census has yet to be completed.
